The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering a private oasis for relaxation. The second bedroom also boasts a king-size bed, making it ideal for family or guests.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with Nespresso machine, a toaster, kettle, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.

We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.

Other things to note

House rules include respecting the neighbor no parties and loud music during the stay. Smoking is allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. A penalty of 500AED for smoking inside the apartment.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports a day before the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 12:00 PM.

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee of 300AED per request

We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products and additional toiletries are not provided.
